Goal for January 15-21: ATTITUDE


Goal: Write a note, using pen and paper, letting someone in your life know what they mean to you.

Why?: Research shows that if we think positively we tend to feel better and be happier.  Research also shows that doing something to build up another person has the side benefit of making us feel better.  By writing a note to someone we are enriching their day and by default making our day just a little better too.  It is a two-for-one deal!

Example: Is there a service provider who always goes above and beyond for you or your family?  What about a favorite server at your favorite restuarant?  Think outside the box and don’t just stop with one note – write a couple!
