Goal for January 22-28: NUTRITION


Goal: Try a new fruit or vegetable this week.

Why?: Many of us do not get enough fruits and vegetables every day.  One reason is that we get tired of eating the “same old stuff” week after week.  If you increase the variety of fruits and veggies in your diet this is less likely to happen.  If you aren’t sure how to prepare the fruit or veggie, ask the produce person at the market or ask me.

Example: Have you ever had an avacado? How about an asian pear?
